  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  1 An invalid record format was being used to open the JES spool
    file.
  2 Email attachments were incorrectly treating the first
    character of each line as carriage control.
  3 Email field values were incorrectly enclosed by brackets.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1.0 ODF is modified to use the correct record format when
      allocating the JES spool file for CCTYPE=NONE documents.
  2.0 ODF is modified to handle email attachments of reports with
      CCTYPE=NONE.
  3.0 ODF is modified to correctly generate the To: and From:
      fields in emails.
