* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When altering the owner of an index     *
*                      where Referential Integrity (RI) is     *
*                      present and using AUTOCHECK with        *
*                      'VALIDATE WSL' set to 'YES', message    *
*                      MSGADB3000E / ADB3000E 'Error           *
*                      processing Referential constraint'      *
*                      is observed.                            *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
The program should not issue message ADB3000E 'Error processing
Referential constraint when both RI and primary key exist.
