Error description

• MSGDSQ60752 "Usage code SUM cannot be used with this data type"
  received when user-defined edit code is also specified in form.

  Code added for support of user-defined EDIT codes on
  a decimal floating-point data type column inadvertantly
  broke the logic for all numeric data types when an
  aggregating USAGE code is also specified.
