Error description

• After  create, add, register, and convert of V1R1 repositories
  to V1R3; all further actions against the new rpository ends with
  the following error message:

     Feedback: 00060027 E2C6E300 000000E8            FPQ
  FPQ2017I - Repository closed: HKT_O0000000

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR fixes several problems:       *
  *                      1.Message FPQ0002E shows when opening   *
  *                      repository after converting from        *

  *                      2.Sample HKTDISCO has been added to     *
  *                      hlq.SHKTSAMP library.                   *
  *                      3.Panel HKTAP012 shows some wrong text  *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Install the APAR to have the problems fixed. *

  The Sort Field Table in old repository has not been
  converted to the new format and the new repository
  has been created with the old format of SFT table.
  Install the APAR to have this problem fixed.
  Sample HKTDISCO has been added to the SMP/E HKTSAMP
  library.
  Panel HKTAP012 has been fixed to show correct info.
