  Description.
  A compilation error is thrown from COBOL source, runtime with
  Channel generation where the linkage pgmname includes an
  asterisk within the applicable name.
  
  Example linkage line :
  ?localCall pgmName='CH*' linkType='CICSLINK' parmForm='CHANNEL'
  pgmType='EGL' refreshScreen='NO'/?
  Generation of the program will produce a compile error eg:
  'IGYPS0083-E   An alphanumeric literal with a length of zero was
  found.  A length of one character was assumed. '
  and such as the following statement in COBOL source:
  MOVE '' TO CHANNEL-NAME
  
  
  When specified with the full name:
  ?localCall pgmName='CHAAA' linkType='CICSLINK'
  parmForm='CHANNEL' pgmType='EGL' refreshScreen='NO'/?
  the code will successfully compile and this statement is
  represented as:
  MOVE 'CHAAA' TO CHANNEL-NAME
