Error description

• The ConfigEngine task
  wp-validate-federated-ldap-attribute-config reports
  that WebSphere Portal does not require certain attributes:
  
  [wplc-validate-ldap-attribute-config] The following attributes
  are flagged as required in LDAP but not in Portal - You should
  flag them as required in Portal, too:
  ...
  
  You update wkplc.properties (user.attributes.required) and run
  wp-update-attribute-config.  Regardless of whether WebSphere
  Portal has been restarted,
  wp-validate-federated-ldap-attribute-config reports the same
  results.
  
  However, manually checking the Resource Environment Provider, WP
  PumaStoreService shows that the task correctly updated its
  configuration.  For this example,
  store.puma_default.user.add.required.attributes is set
  correctly.
