Error description

• When building recover JCL at the partition level (Partition
  Method = 'P'), the JCL may not include the rebuild of the
  indexes.
  The following messages are produced for the indexes:
  {noformat}
  HAAB210I ... RECOVER has been turned off for this Object
  HAAB211I ... All ACCEPTED Utilities have been turned off for
  this Object
  {noformat}
  The rebuild of the indexes should be included with the recover
  JCL.
