PM57673: PANEL ADB26CG ALLOWS SPECIFICATION OF A VOLUME WITH THE STRING '*'. A VOLSER OF '*' IS NOT VALID

Error description

• Panel ADB26CG allows specification of a volume with the string
  '*', which results in CREATE STOGROUP ... VOLUME("'*'").  A
  volser of '*' is not valid and causes a failure when an
  allocation to such a volume is made.  The Admin panel needs to
  correct the syntax it builds.

  *                      After executing this SQL statement,     *
  *                      '*' will be written to                  *
  *                      SYSIBM.SYSVOLUME VOLID.                 *

  *                      When executing this SQL statement       *
  *                                                              *
  *                      CREATE TABLESPACE tablespace_name       *
  *                      USING STOGROUP stogroup_name            *
  *                                                              *
  *                      it will fail with SQLCODE=-904 /        *
  *                      SQLCODEN904 error:                      *
