PM57510: ram.process is being filtered in the from the user's list

Rational Asset Manager Fix Pack 1 (7.5.1.1) for 7.5.1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer need to have the asset constraint fields to be locked
  to the
  end
  
  users and only the policy ( that runs under ram.process) to be
  able to
  update those fields.
  
  they can assign the asset constraint fields to be modifiable to
  
  a user but if they do so the policy cannot update the fields
  anymore. so
  they
  
  need to assign the right of modifying those fields to the
  ram.process.
  currently the ram.process is being filtered form the users list
  and they
  want RAM not to filter that out.

  When running a policy, the ram.repositoryprocess was not
  allowed to edit customer attributes that were restricted
  causing policies to fail.

  This was fixed and will be available in RAM v7.5.1.1.
