PM57198: 'NOT A VALID .LRT FILE' WHEN IMPORTING LIBRARY TEMPLATE IN TEXT ANALYTICS

Error description

• I have exported a new library template I just created. When I
  import it, I get an error:
  'Not a valid .lrt file'
  

Local fix

• Open the library template in an XML browser (like Firefox) or
  XML editor, locate the XML errors; fixing these errors will
  allow you to import the template.
