PM56995: EXIT DFSAOUE0 NOT DRIVEN WHEN SYSPLEX MANAGER IS INSTALLED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Sysplex Manager exit DFSAOE00 gets control first, and never
  passes control to exit DFSAOEU0.

  User DFSAOUE0 exit is not called if SM is installed.  SM uses
  DFSAOE00 exit and did not ask IMS to call DFSAOUE0 exit.
  

Problem conclusion

• SM code was changed to check for user DFSAOUE0 existence and
  ask IMS to call it if there's one.
  The library that contains the user DFSAOUE0 exit must be ahead
  of SM loadlib in IMS //STEPLIB concatenation.
