  To Reproduce:
  
  1)  Install ClearCase on the global zone
  
  2)  Install ClearCase on a non-global zone
  
  3)  Login to the non-global zone and issue the following:
  
         cleartool schedule -run 8
  
  After a minute, cat /var/adm/atria/log/albd_log and the
  following is seen:
  
  albd_server(*******): Ok: Job 8 'Weekly Log Scrubbing' (*******)
  Completed: OK but with messages:|'mvfslog: Error: Unable to set
  log info: Not owner.|'
  
  
  Workaround:  None
