APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The IMS control region ABENDU0113, then the FDBR region was
  scheduled. The logger exit was scheduled for initialization
  and then a wait occurred in ORF's logger exit code.

  The logger exit tries to create an XCF connection using the
  subsys name. This appears to be the same as the failing IMS
  CLT region. As that was not gone yet, the connection attempt
  failed. The ORF logger initialization failed, and the
  termination code was scheduled. However, it is waiting for the
  logger shutdown request, causing the wait.
  

Problem conclusion

• HRFOSUBT has been changed not to wait if logger initialization
  failed.
