Error description

  • X12 v5010 type tree defines the 214 Transaction LoopLX1000 with
the L11 segment maximum range set to 10.  The X12 Standards
indicate that for a transaction message in v5010 and above,
the LX loop should have the L11 segment with a 999 maximum
occurrence.

the LX loop should have the L11 segment of 999 occurrence.

Problem conclusion

  • Corrected range from 10 to 999 for the L11 segment in LoopLX1000
of the 214 transaction set.  The change was made in X12 type
tree versions 5010 and above.
