  The problem only occurs when panel ADB21VV 'Views' is
  displayed first then panel ADB21T 'Tables, Views, and
  Aliases' where the line command 'I - Details on table/view'
  is used on a table.  The variable REFRESH is created in
  panel ADB21VV and when panel ADB21TI1 uses variable
  REFRESH it is too small causing the ISPP178 Panel error:
