APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When all the following conditions are met, the partitioned
  object is not properly triggered.
  *
  1) Objects are at the ALL level.
  2) There is at least one Exception condition that is NOT a DB2
     CATALOG, MVS CATALOG, and/or REAL TIME STATISTIC exception
     condition, such as OBJECT PARTITION, SYSCOPY, DB2 DISPLAY,
     etc.
  3) There is at least one Exception condition that IS a DB2
     MVS CATALOG and/or REAL TIME STATISTICS Exception Condition,
    such as MVS CATALOG ALLOCATED_TRACKS.
  4) Only ONE object for a partitioned object meets the #3
     Exception Condition.
