Error description

• Environment:
  Rational Business Developer 8012
  
  Description:
  A simple widget with combos and onchange events does not work in
  
  Internet Explorer 8 using the last RBD version (8.1.0.2).
  It works in others browsers like Chrome, in previous versions of
  RBD
  (8.1.0.1) and also if the widget is changed to Handler.

  In RBD 8012, when user create a custom RUIWidget which use
  GridLayout as the targetUI and have 2 or more embedded
  widgets. Only the first widget event can be triggerred.
  

Problem conclusion

• In RBD 85 and 8014, the embedded widgets can trigger events
  correctly.
