  This APAR enables the specification of the BLDLPCK statement as
  an installation default option for IPR.
  
  To use the new function, the following maintenance is required:
   - APAR PM55891 for IMS Database Reorganization Expert
     (FMID=H25N410)
  
  This APAR also fixes the ABEND0C4 problem of IPR Unload utility.
  The ABEND0C4 could occur when all of the following conditions
  are met:
    - Type-A user exit is used.
    - YES is specified as the first user exit option (builds the
      concatenated key).
    - The concatenated key length is greater than 256 bytes.
