Error description
When a Start/Stop time is specified in IMS PA without a Date this implies that multiple days input is to be read and individual reports produced for the specified time period each day. IMS PA starts collecting data at the start of the specified time period and forces EOF processing to produce the requested reports, including flushing incomplete transactions, at the end of the specified time period. In some circumstances EOF may not be signaled to the transit engine at the end of the specified time period, in this case when IMS PA reaches EOJ any incomplete transactions are passed to the report processors, which may result in additional reports. In this client's case, the result seen was a transaction being reported two times (with different counts) on the Management Exception Summary reports.
