In panel ADB21K ( packages ) the command PLANMGMT is not
displayed / exists
This option is available in DB2 V9 CM.
The command is not recognized ( invalid command )
The option appears in ADB21KR

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: On panel ADB21K the PLANMGMT primary    *
*                      command is not displayed. This option   *
*                      is available in DB2 9 Compatibility     *
*                      Mode (CM). The command is not           *
*                      recognized and an 'Invalid command'     *
*                      message is displayed.  The option       *
*                      appears on panel ADB21KR 'Rebind        *
*                      Package'.                               *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

Panel ADB21K should support the PLANMGMT command.
