PM55692: Saving JSP edits results in a 'User Operation is Waiting' dialog.

Error description

• Abstract:
  
  When attempting to save a JSP change in Rational Application
  Developer v8.0.4 your save is placed in a progress queue and the
  changes may take a long period of time to save.
  
  Problem:
  
  After upgrading to Rational Application Developer v8.0.4 and
  edit your JSP files your changes may not be immediately saved.
  These same steps worked in v8.0.3 of the product.
  
  When attempting to perform a save of your changes a pop-up box
  appears on the screen stating the following:
  
  User Operation is Waiting
  The user operation is waiting for background work to complete.
  Updating services state (Waiting)
  Updating services state (Waiting)
  Updating services state (Waiting)
  ......
  
  Local fix:
  
  If you upgraded from a previous version of a v8.0.x release then
  you can rollback to the previous version using Installation
  Manager (open Installation Manager, select Rollback button).
  There is no known workaround at this time other than to rollback
  to a previous version.

Problem conclusion

• Improvements have been made in the JavaScript build
  operation (including validation) to
  to improve the speed and use less memory.
  
  The fix for this APAR is included in Rational Application
  Developer v8.0.4 iFix 1.
