Error description

• Getting multiple rows per day for db2 sysparms data when loading
  to performance warehouse db2pmsyspar_106 table w/ db2 v10
  .
  Customer is getting one row per day from db2pmsyspar_106 table
  for sysparms data at db2 v8 time.
  .
  Here is the sql query to check the sysparm row info, ie.
  SELECT SUBSYSTEM_ID, DATE(TIMESTAMP), COUNT(DATE(TIMESTAMP))
  FROM DB2PM_TST2.DB2PMSYSPAR_106
  WHERE SUBSYSTEM_ID = 'DBT1'
  GROUP BY SUBSYSTEM_ID,DATE(TIMESTAMP)
  .
  Below is an example of batch reporting sysin, ie.
  GLOBAL
     TIMEZONE( +06:00 )
  SYSPARMS
    FILE DDNAME(SYFILDD1)

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  Incorrect section length is taken in case of DB2 V10. Target
  record contains unfilled area which may include unpredictable
  symbols. In such case identical IFCID106 records are considered
  as different ones.

  Take correct section length of IFCID106 in case of DV2 V10.
