  Users of Rational RequisitePro client for ?Web
  (RequisiteWeb) exporting requirements to CSV files.
  
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION :
  When date attribute is included on a requirement type and
  the date value contains a year greater than 9999 the
  requirement becomes corrupt for RequisiteWeb, as result
  RequisiteWeb is not able to export that requirement to CSV,
  display on view or edit it. RequisiteWeb does not allow
  years greater than 9999 but user is able to introduce a
  value out of this range from RequisitePro native client for
  Windows (RequisitePro).
  

Problem conclusion

• Problem conclusion
  RequisitePro code was updated to validate input and avoid
  introducing years greater than 9999 on a date attribute.
  The fix for this APAR was included in RequisitePro version
  7.1.2.6 and 7.1.3.2.
