  FABJ4260I LOGICAL COPY COMPLETE FOR DB/AREA
  [failed_dbdname|partname|areaname] [nnnn OF total DATA SETS
  FAILED]
  
  2. To FABJ4242E, HPIC plan to change the message suffix to 'I'
  
  3. Add new WTO message(FABJnnnnE) if DFSMSdss process terminates
