  On Scorpio a major effort had been done to reduce memory use
  of Rhapsody - which was the cause of this issue.
  In Scorpio the 1st CG takes 20 sec
  2nd CG takes 23 seconds.
  
  Note that on larger models the diff is bigger. This is due
  to Microsoft winXP defect on their memory manager.
  This does not happen on Vista, win7, Linux etc.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed in Scorpio
