Error description

• when manually entering elist items with serbian characters into
  CAC some of these characters are not displayed correctly while
  importing a elist item import text file with serbian characters
  into CAC works fine. After GtP some serbian characters are
  displayed incorrect in the web client's workflow pane even the
  elist is based on a correct import text file and had been saved
  correctly in CAC.
