PM54012: AFTER APAR PM50454 QCF STILL NOT FREEING ALL ECSA STORAGE AFTER NORMAL IMS SHUTDOWN

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Even though APAR PMR50454 (PTF UK73576 ) is on, QCF doesn't
  completely release all ECSA storage after a normal IMS shutdown.
  There are blocks of 4416 bytes of zeroes in Subpool 231 Key 7
  which are not getting released. SP231 PK7

Problem conclusion

• Install the APAR to have all storage in pool 231 released.
