Error description

• The following functions abend when using an ACB that is
  generated after applying IMS V12 FPSI PM52551.
   - FPA INDEXBLD function
   - FPA ANALYZE function for FPSI
  The abends received are:
    ABENDU3014 with the HFPS3014E message in HFPSGIMC ( U3014 )
    ABENDU4000 with the HFPU4000E message in HFPSGIMC ( U4000 )
  
  This is a preventive APAR for IMS FP Secondary Index APAR
  PM52551.

  If an ACB that is generated after applying IMS V12 APAR PM52551,
  is used, FPA abends with HFPS3014E message or HFPU4000E message.
  This FPA APAR PM53715 is released to process correctly with new
  ACB which is genarated after applying IMS V12 FPSI PM52551.
