  An unexpected exception is thrown when calling a SOAP service
  ,via Web Service Explorer ie:

  org.apache.axis2.jaxws.WebServiceExceptionLogger log A
  javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException throwable was caught.
  The detail message is:
  ations.logging.util.LoggerLib_Lib.$func_logDebug
  (com.ibm.javart.StringValue,com.ibm.javart.StringValue) throws
  java.lang.Exception signature. EGL0002I The error occurred in
  TestLocalLibrary processing the doSomeMore function.
  This indicates an error concerning the signature of the
  associated message where the types of the Java function don't
  match the types of the EGL function.
  
  This has been identified by development as a Java generator
  problem where the code is generated when a function is passed on
  a function invocation and the wrong object is then passed for
  the specified function. This will occur with a simple sample
  program calling a library function passing another library
  function as a parameter ie:
  program Pgm1  type BasicProgram {}
      function main()
          Library1.function1(Library1.function2);
      end
