PM52874: HPU ENDS WITH COMPLETION CODE 8 AND ISSUES MSG REPORTING SQLCODE-206

Error description

• The unload stops with completion code 8 and issues a message
  reporting an SQLCODE=-206 or SQLCODE = -104.
  
  This occurs where:
  - the unload is performed in SQL mode
    (DB2 FORCE or DB2 YES an unsupported select)
  - one of the columns involved in the partitionning key
    has a name containing DBCS characters
  - an SQLPART clause is specified
