Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' panel ADB25LEA is too
  large for a 3270 emulator session defined as 24 x 80 resulting
  in the error message:
  Function : DISPLAY PANEL(&CPANEL)
  Retcode  : 20
  Zerrmsg  : ISPP121
  Zerrsm   : Panel 'ADB25LEA' error
  Zerrlm   : Panel definition too large, greater than screen size.
  

Local fix

• Amend the 3270 emulator screen size to something other than
  24x80.
