Error description

• New configuration parameter to control whether message FPEV2102W
  is issued or not. The message shall be displayed if the total
  elapsed processing time for a data retrieval request exceeds the
  specified value. Otherwise the message shall be suppressed.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  In environments where systems are running at their capacity
  limit, a monitoring PE Server subtask might not receive response
  to a call to DB2 IFI within the internal maximum wait time and
  issue message FPEV2102W. The issuance of message FPEV2102W
  cannot be suppressed.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  A new modify command is introduced to set the value for the new
  parameter timeout notify threshold (TONT). Message FPEV2102W is
  suppressed until the elapsed processing time for a data
  retrieval request exceeds the time calculated as the internal
  maximum wait time plus the value set for the timeout notify
  threshold.
