PM52444: DBRF INCORRECTLY DISPLAYS A BLOCK WHEN PROCESSING AN OSAM DATA SET

• When DBRF processes an OSAM data set, DBRF display a block
  incorrectly if the device address of the extent where the block
  exists is lower than a device address of any one of previous
  extents.

  When an OSAM data set has the extent whose device address is
  lower than a device address of any one of previous extents,
  
  - DBRF in the interactive mode incorrectly displays the block in
    the extent of the OSAM data set.
  - DBRF in the batch mode for OSAM cannot read the block in the
    extent, and incorrectly issues MSGFABZ940E and ends with
    return code 20.
  

Problem conclusion

• FABZDATA, FABZOSMB, and FABZMAIN have been modified to fix the
  error.
