Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' PTF UK72995 contained
  '++ HOLD' instructions:
  "The users of the DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS will need to
  use the option 'UL' on panel ADB25 'Utility generation using
  LISTDEFs and TEMPLATEs' to upgrade any existing LISTDEF
  definitions." however when the users issue the command the
  following message "Incorrect table format" / "The table UTLISTE
  does not have the expected column names, data types, or both.
  Check the current definition of the control table." is issued.

  *                      message ADB737E is displayed:           *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  The DB2 Administration Tool, panel ADB25 titled 'Utility
  generation using LISTDEFs', does not support the table format
  of the LISTDEF control table created by DSN.SDSNSAMP(DSNTIJCC).
  
  DSNACC.UTLISTE is the default name created by
  DSN.SDSNSAMP(DSNTIJCC) but can be customized by changing the
  DB2 CREATE statements before submitting the job.  Message
  ADB737E will include the actual name of the LISTDEF control
  table.
  

Problem conclusion

• The program that checks the format of the table is now modified
  to support the DSN.SDSNSAMP(DSNTIJCC) version of LISTDEF
  control table.
  
  Users of the DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS will need to
  use the option 'UL- Upgrade LISTDEF control table' on panel
  ADB25 'Utility generation using LISTDEFs and TEMPLATEs'
  to upgrade any existing LISTDEF definitions.
  
  Users who have successfully used the 'UL' option on panel
  ADB25 for APAR PM44550 will need to do so again.
