Error description

• IBM WebSphere MQ File Transfer Edition does not pass through the
  FTE_JVM_PROPERTIES environment variable when using the fteAnt
  command. This means it isn't possible to supply the fteAnt
  command with specific JVM arguments.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The FTE_JVM_PROPERTIES environment variable is not honoured when
  using the fteAnt command.

  Users of fteAnt who wish to supply specific JVM arguments.
  
  PLATFORMS AFFECTED:
  All
  

Problem conclusion

• The fteAnt command has been altered to ensure that the value of
  the FTE_JVM_PROPERTIES environment variable is passed through to
  the JVM to allow specific JVM arguments to be set.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.4.2.
