  After applying UK62552 ( PM21922 ), DATA DICTIONARY may get S0C4
  abend or MSGDBD0403 DATABASE NOT FOUND error message issued when
  PSB_IN command executed for a PSB modules with GSAM definition,
  which is generated by IMS V11 or earlier release.
  This APAR corrects the problem.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified module DBDP0000 to calculate correct offset to 1st GSAM
  PCB.
