  • DFS3187W RACF NOT ACTIVE FOR RESUME TPIPE CLASS=RXXX RC=04. RACF
EXIT RC=08 REASON CODE=00.
note: "CLASS=RXXX". According to the documentation, that
should be "CLASS=RIMS".

SCDRACID is never moved into RACID in DFSIRACO prior to the
RACFSTAT call so the message gives RXXX instead of RIMS.
