    * type of '997' returned from DBM." or *
    * no message at all, and PQ will stop *
    *                      building the query.                     *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    Two Problems:
    1. Private protocol clause 'AT ALL LOCATIONS' remained in
    various QMF for TSO/CICS V8.1 and V9.1 installation parts.
    2. Changes made in DB2 V10 NFM resulted in a different
    SQL code than QMF expected in response to a query generated
    by Prompted Query code.

Problem conclusion

  • Two Solutions:
    1. The 'AT ALL LOCATIONS' clause was removed from all remaining
    QMF for TSO/CICS installation parts.
    2. The syntax of the query generated by PQ was altered for
    DB2 V10 NFM environments.

Temporary fix
