    The constructor of the AddressingClusterSupportHandler was
    getting
    the WSAddressingBaseService from the WsServiceRegistry, which
    can
    only be found in a server environment.  The constructor can be
    called in a non-server environment, which is why the FFDC is
    generated.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The AddressingClusterSupportHandler was modified so that it no
    longer attempts to initialize function specific to a server-
    environment when invoked in a client environment.
    
    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
    fix pack 8.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
