APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• This error occurs in the TCPIP server when more than 50 connects
  are made to the TCPIP server from the source job.
  
  The TCPIP error is EIBMSOCKOUTOFRANGE (the socket number
  assigned by the client interface code is out of range).
  

Local fix

• Cycle the TCPIP server every 40 or so connects.
