Error description

• - Clicking Help -? About -? More results in a runtime error
  'About' not understood.  This is due to a change in the
  licensing methods.  The 'More' button should be removed in the
  RequisitePro native client.

  - Rational RequisitePro client for Windows (RequisitePro) users
  who click 'More..' button on 'About Rational RequisitePro'
  window when working on versions 7.1.2.x or 7.1.3.x.
  
  Problem description:
  - RequisitePro version 7.1.2.x and 7.1.3.x use token licensing
  feature. On this licensing method the new license server does
  not provide the information that was displayed on 7.1.x versions
  when clicking on button 'More...'.
  

Problem conclusion

• RequisitePro code has been updated to remove the "More..."
  button for 7.1.2.x and 7.1.3.x versions.
  
  The fix for this APAR was included in RequisitePro version
  7.1.2.5 and 7.1.3.1.
