PM50700: Installation of 5.3.0.2 fails when the URL context is removed

Error description

• When the context is removed from the URL, it is not possible to
  install patch 5.3.0.2
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  1. Install Change 5.3
  
  
  2. Edit the jetty.xml file and remove the context as follows:

  to
  ?Arg?/?/Arg?
  
  ?Arg?/change/trapeze/*?/Arg?
  to
  ?Arg?/trapeze/*?/Arg?
  
  ?Arg?/change/trapeze/integrations/*?/Arg?

  3. Restart Change
  
  
  4. Install Change patch 5.3.0.2
  
  
  Expected Results:

Temporary fix

Comments

• The issue is fixed, in package installation code. When installin
  g Change 5.3.0.3 Fix pack, as the old code doesn't have the code
   changes and the fix resides in the new change.jar.master file w
  hich is in the fix pack 5.3.0.3 that is still getting installed,
   the issue will still be reproducible.  So follow the workaround
   given below for the patch to be installed successfully.
  
  Patch Installation
  ---------------------
  1. Keep a backup of 'properties' directory which resides in 5.3.
  0.3 patch and delete it from the patch.
  2. Install the patch (make sure properties directory has been re
  moved from the patch).
  3. After installation of the patch, manually copy the file 'Rati
  onal_Change.5.3.FP0.3.fxtag' from the backed up properties/versi
  on directory to ?CHANGE_INSTALLED_PATH?/properties/version direc
  tory.
  
  Patch Uninstallation
  ------------------------
  When 5.3.0.3 has been uninstalled, manually delete 'Rational_Cha
  nge.5.3.FP0.3.fxtag' file from ?CHANGE_INSTALLED_PATH?/propertie
  s/version directory.
  
  Note : This fix and workaround is only for those who configure c
  hange to work without context.
