APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Loop or hang may occur after issuing an Explain on a Package
  and exiting from Panel ANLPSQL.
  Not all entries are generated on panel ANLPSQL.
  

Local fix

• 1.  Loop or hang:  From option ISPF option 7.3 delete variables
      ANLPSTBC and ANLPSTBN.
  2.  Only 1 entry generated from QLIMIT Report:  Edit SQL PA
      system parms and set the FASTTBL parm to YES.
