    AS EXPECTED
    It generates the JOB where The DDL for create table is missing
    the
    default value of USER:
    TEST1                CHAR(8) FOR SBCS DATA NOT NULL,
    Same for SQLID.
    .
    The same function (ALC) works properly in r720.

    In DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS when using the Alter
    Table (ALT) function to insert a column into a table and
    specify USER or CURRENT SQLID as the default value
    on DB2 9 Compatibility Mode(CM) or DB2 R810
    Compatibility/Enabling-New Function/New Function Modes
    (CM/ENFM/NFM),  failed to alter the table with the specified
    DEFAULT value due to the generated statement missing
    the keywords USER or CURRENT SQLID in the
    DEFAULT clause.
