    Considerations
  :
  | When GLOBAL option and command retry process are used and IMS
  | command processes for more than one database in the connected
  | IMS region fail, in some case HP Image Copy cannot detect
  | primary command reply during a specific period of time that is
  | given by TOITIME=. In this case HP Image Copy can confirm the
  | command failure after receiving command failure of next
  | database, then HP Image Copy reissues the IMS command for the
  | primary database. As the result of this, time interval of the
  | command retry for the database takes twice as long as the
  | specified period of time.
