Error description

• In DB2 Adminstration Tool for z/OS it is possible for Change
  Management ( CM ) RUN job to fail with SQLCODE -204 when parent
  table in FOREIGN KEY ( FK ) relationship is DROPd first.

  Same failure occurs in DB2 Object Comparison Tool for z/OS when
  APPLY job is processed.
