In DB2 Adminstration Tool for z/OS it is possible for Change Management ( CM ) RUN job to fail with SQLCODE -204 when parent table in FOREIGN KEY ( FK ) relationship is DROPd first. . Same failure occurs in DB2 Object Comparison Tool for z/OS when APPLY job is processed. . Error messages appear similar to the following: . ADB5044I *** INPUT STATEMENT: ALTER TABLE tablename DROP RESTRICT ON DROP DROP FOREIGN KEY FKname; sqlerror on ALTER command, EXECUTE function DSNT408I SQLCODE = -204, ERROR: FKname IS AN UNDEFINED NAME ADB5185E The run is ending due to errors.
