PM49825: CBAC BATCH REQUEST UTILITY (CBKBMAIN) SET TDQUEUE COMMAND INCORRECTLY FLAGS A TDQUEUE NAME BEGINNING WITH A NUMERIC DIGIT

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• You run a CICS Batch Application Control request utility job to
  set the transient data queue to closed and disabled, however if
  the TDQUEUE name begins with a numeric value, the CBKBMAIN job
  fails with the following error messages in the CBKPRINT dataset.
   CBKBV2807E Invalid character in parameter value at offset 12.
   CBKBW5012I Keyword values in effect for the SET command:
  
   CBKBA5006E Request(s) not processed due to error(s) with one or
   more statements.

Problem conclusion

• The name validation routine has been changed to now accept a
