  known functional error associated with this message.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem was fixed by removing
  ${WAS_INSTALL_ROOT}/plugins/com.ibm.ws.bootstrap.jar
  and ${WAS_INSTALL_ROOT}/lib/bootstrap400.jar from the
  classpath.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
