Error description

• The following functions abend when using an ACB that is
  generated after applying IMS V12 APAR PM48096.
   - FPA INDEXBLD function
   - FPA ANALYZE function for FPSI
  
  ABEND's received are:
  ABENDU3014 with message HFPS3014E
  ABENDU4000 with message HFPU4000E

  A control block, which is generated by ACBGEN if a DEDB contains
  a LCHILD defining an index database for the DEDB, was modified
  by IMS APAR PM48096.
  The control block is also used by FPA, when using an ACB that
  is generated after applying IMS V12 APAR PM48096, FPA INDEXBLD
  function and FPA ANALYZE function for FPSI abend with HFPS3014E
  message or HFPU4000E message.
