PM49171: LONG STRING IN A COLUMN IS TRUNCATED WHEN CSV DATA IS IMPORTED AS AN EXTERNAL DATA

Error description

• If we import csv data with external data function, a truncated
  string is displayed when executing a report.  - When a string
  contains only single byte code, over 32 characters are
  truncated.  - When a string contains only multi-byte code, over
  22 characters are truncated.  - And the combination of both
  single and multi-byte code makes a displayed last multi-byte
  character garbled.  If we insert only digits(ex '11111') row as
  the first row of the csv data. this issue doesn't occur.  This
  issue doesn't occur when importing xml, xls file.
